GIVING TET GIFTS IN PHU LOC TOWN, PHU NINH DISTRICT, PHU THO PROVINCE

On January 28, 2024, the Happy Home Foundation directly presented Tet gifts to families in need, including poor and near-poor households, those in particularly difficult circumstances, disabled individuals, and elders over 80 years old across all households in residential area number 4 of Phu Loc commune, Phu Ninh district, Phu Tho province. The foundation's leaders distributed financial support to 67 poor and near-poor families, with each family receiving 1 million VND; 120 disabled individuals received 500 thousand VND each as a token of longevity and health wishes; 8 families with critically ill members received 2 million VND each; and 252 households in residential area 4 were each given Tet gifts worth 600 thousand VND. The delegation also visited and extended New Year greetings to Dai Duc and the Buddhist followers at the Thien Quang Duc temple located in the commune and celebrated the year-end gathering with the Nguyen family clan of Phu Ninh. The total amount of cash donated by the foundation in the commune during this period amounted to over 294.2 million VND.

           Attending the Tet gift-giving ceremony were leaders from the Happy Home Foundation; representatives from the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front of the commune, and various community organizations; leaders of the residential areas; and representatives from poor, near-poor, and families facing difficulties or illnesses, as well as representatives from households in residential area 4.

  On behalf of the Happy Home Foundation's leadership, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Thi To Quyen delivered a heartfelt speech, expressing gratitude and sharing her thoughts with the families present at the ceremony. She extended her gratitude and New Year's greetings to all families in the commune, celebrating the advent of Tet and the spring season. Dr. Quyen also shared delightful news with the community, announcing that in 2024, the foundation had been honored by UNESCO for its philanthropic efforts in India, a recognition that underscores the foundation's commitment to humanitarian causes and its impact on a global scale. This acknowledgment by UNESCO not only highlights the foundation's dedication but also its significant contributions to improving lives beyond the local community.

       Representatives from the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front of the commune expressed their thanks to the Happy Home Foundation for their care, sharing, and support during the Giap Thin Tet 2024 and expressed hopes for the foundation's continued growth and its ability to bring more joy to people in need.


Representatives from the Happy Home Foundation and leaders from the Party Committee, People's Committee, Fatherland Front, People's Council, and community organizations directly handed out financial support to families during the ceremony.
