368 HOUSEHOLDS FACING DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES AND NEAR-POVERTY IN CHAU DOC CITY RECEIVED SUPPORT FROMY HOME FUND

On the afternoon of May 31st, the Fatherland Front of Chau Doc City (An Giang Province) organized a ceremony to distribute money to 368 households facing difficult circumstances in the city, supported by the Mai Am Hanh Phuc Foundation.

Distributing financial support to impoverished and near-impoverished households facing difficult circumstances in Chau Doc City

Specifically, the Union of Friendship Organizations of Vietnam in Chau Doc City distributed 34 gifts to families in difficult circumstances and 334 gifts to families near the poverty line, totaling 368 million Vietnamese Dong, supported by the Fund for Happiness and Prosperity.

This is part of a series of activities commemorating the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Chau Doc City (July 19, 2013 - July 19, 2023). Through these efforts, aiming to uphold the tradition of solidarity and mutual love, pooling efforts, actively innovating, and mobilizing all resources to achieve sustainable poverty reduction goals, ensuring social security, and building Chau Doc City into a richer, more civilized, and modern city.
