URGENT NOTICE

In recent times, certain organizations and individuals have illegally edited and used images from the official website of the Happy Home Fund (located at No. 21, Lideco Urban Area, Hoai Duc, Hanoi. The Foundation’s official website is quymaiamhanhphuc.vn) without the Fund’s consent.

Based on reports from the public and information observed on social media, apps, and related platforms, the Happy Home Fund has identified that these organizations and individuals have unlawfully exploited images from the Fund's website to conduct sophisticated online fraud. They have taken advantage of the public's lack of knowledge, promising high returns through contributions made to fake accounts and fictitious organizations online.

The Happy Home Fund would like to issue a warning to all benefactors to be highly vigilant. The Fund is a non-profit charitable organization officially licensed by the government to operate. We do not solicit funds or assets online from any individuals or organizations, nor do we engage in any online business or profit-making activities. These are scams conducted by criminals in cyberspace. Furthermore, we would like to inform everyone that the Foundation only uses its official website to provide updates. Any social media accounts bearing the name "Happy Home Fund" and using our logo and images, including on platforms such as Zalo and Facebook, are fake.

We urge everyone to stay alert and not fall victim to online scams due to misinformation, greed, or affection for the Fund’s effective charitable activities.

We also respectfully request that relevant authorities investigate these malicious organizations and individuals who have unlawfully manipulated the images from a charitable organization dedicated to helping the poor, the disadvantaged, and the vulnerable to carry out sophisticated and deceitful scams online.
